A student in class asked by e-mail:

Since our programs are due on Mondays, I can spell out a fairly uniform
set of guidelines for late submissions, as follows:

+ The Curator accepts submissions up to two days late, and will
automatically assess the 20% penalty described in the syllabus.

+ To turn in your hardcopy after you have submitted your program to the
    Curator, you may:

+ For submissions 1 day late, turn it in to the TA during his Tuesday
        afternoon office hours.

+ for submissions 2 days late, turn it in at the start of class on
        Wednesday.

I appreciate the care of the students who have asked specifically for
a time to turn in their hardcopies late, and the above suggestions should
make it easy for everyone.
