The 'joke' esh plugin

The 'joke' plugin is a simple plugin that prints a random joke to the console. 
This is best used when the user's code will not compile or their rlogin
connection is slow.

usage:

joke

There are no other parameters. Entering joke as shown above will print
something like this to the console -
"An infinite number of mathematicians walk into a bar.
The first asks for a beer. The second asks for half a beer. The third asks for
a quarter beer. The fourth is begins to order an eighth of a beer but the
bartender cuts him off.
"You're all idiots."
He pours two beers and goes to help other customers."
