The 'russian roulette' esh plug-in

COMMANDS:

	roulette [easy/medium/hard/help]

        Russian Roulette is a high stakes game of where a
        single bullet in placed in the chamber of a revolver
        and the chamber is spun so that the position of the
        bullet is unknown. The player then places the gun
        against their head and pulls the trigger resulting
        in either survival or death. This plugin brings this
        game to esh, providing on demand decision making.
        When you invoke roulette, you will be prompted with
        one choice, to pull the trigger. Your selected
        difficulty level will determine your likelihood of
        survival.
