The 'add' esh plugin

The 'add' plugin is a simple plugin that adds two numbers given to it. (add 1 2).

use the following command to run the plugin

$ ./esh -p /web/courses/cs3214/spring2015/projects/student-plugins/gkovid1_tyler47/add
