The 'timer' esh plug-in

The 'timer' plug-in allows user to countdown time. It takes in an integer argument and will count down from that time, also displaying a progress bar that indicates your percentage to zero.

You can call timer with the options --help/-h to see a description, and --usage/-u to see how to use the plugin.
