The 'roll die' esh plug-in

COMMANDS:

	'rdie #' rolls # 6 sided die

The 'roll die' plug-in generates a random number between 1 and 6 for every die.
It then prints out the value of each die along with the sum.

It implements the 'process_builtin' function.
