How to execute the plugin
--------------------------
<Run the plugin by calling the command "convertIntToRmNum [integer]" 
i.e. "convertIntToRmNum 5" to get the result "V" returned back.  There
are no flogs or other modifiers.  If an incorrect input is entered, 
it will return an error message.  This plugin only works for values 
of 100 or less.>
