The 'tipcal' esh plugin

It is a simple tip calculator.

usage: tipcal [amount] [tiprate]

amount and tiprate need to be positive numbers
tiprate is read as percentage 

the tip amount is shown as the nearest cents

Example:
tipcal 9.49 15

will output the following

The tip for this meal is : 1.42.
