Plugin: random
Description:
	Function that will return a number based on user input

Implementations:
random 
	returns a random number from 1 to 100 inclusive

random <arg1>
	returns a random number from 1 to arg1 inclusive

random <arg1> <arg2>
	returns a random number from arg1 to arg2 inclusive

note: ignores more than two arguments
