Group 429

This plugin will take a command typed into the termial that looks
like %[job name] and change it to fg jobID.

For example:
If you open emacs and then stop it, you can bring it back to the foreground
by typing %emacs.

If you have more then one copy of emacs in the background it will return
the first stopped copy.
