Temperature Convertor Plugin

This is a temperature convertor that converts a given kelvin,Fahrenheit,rankine, or celcius
to the other three coresponding temperatures.

HOW TO:
simply type: 'tempCon' to start the convertor,
Try -k for kelvin, -C for celcius, -F for Fahrenheit, -R for rankine 
and then follow in with a temperature.
example: tempCon -C 100
