The fortuneCookie plugin prints quotes to the user, similar to a fortune cookie.
Give an integer parameter 0-20. (e.g. “fortuneCookie 0” to get out a quote). 

Commands: 
	[fortuneCookie n] where n is an integer between 0-20. Prints a given inspirational quote.
