*Overview*
When given a UTC offset, it returns the date and time of day in that timezone.

*NOTE*
UTC does not follow daylight savings time, so all times will be one hour off 
for countries which use some form of DST.

*How to Run*
Type in 'wClock' and then a UTC offset and the date and time will be returned.
ex1:
esh>wClock UTC-5

ex2:
esh>wClock UTC+10
