thi is a simple plugin to allow people to convert from Military time to common time

*How To Run*

cmt hour minute

cmt is the command that will allow you to run the plugin
hour will allow you to input an hour in military time that you wish to convert to common time
minute is the minute of the hour that you are going to convert to military time, as this does not 
change fro military time, it will not be affected.
