Class Meetings in Derring 2069, NMC

Please remember that CS4624 meetings will be situated as follows:

Time in the New Media Center (NMC) is for work on capture. Please bring along a photo and a CD and a VHS tape if you can (else we will loan out some for practice). Please be sure you come to at least one session so you can finish the exercises for the capture unit.

Photos and Homepage, McB 110

Few students have provided the GTA with a JPG photo file, or URL for one, or a homepage URL (where the homepage may have a photo. Please do so ASAP! If you have not been to the McB 110 lab, please arrange to come there when the GTA is present, during his office hours or by appointment. He will help you work with the images from the digital camera.

Getting Behind?

Few students have completed any of the quizzes. Few students have turned in exercises. A number of the project groups have not really begun serious work. Please don't get behind! Remember the instructions in the Syllabus about grades and procrastination.

To help you gauge your progress, note that it is expected that you will spend roughly 5-6 hours per week all semester on your project, so if you are not, this will add up to a large deficit soon.
