CS4624 Lab 3
There are many activities to be done in the Laboratory for the rest of Unit
IN, to reinforce what was covered in the related IN unit lecture:
- Working with Storyspace and the hypertexts done with it;
- On the WWW, using a variety of search systems including
MARIAN, NCSTRL, ...;
- Reading about MIME which is the basis for multimedia mail and WWW transfer
of multimedia data;
- Studying about Hypertext in general and the WWW in particular;
- Investigating electronic publishing including SGML, the TEI DTD, Author/Editor,
RulesBuilder, HoTMetaL, HTML, HTML editors (and making a home page), PDF,
and Adobe Acrobat.
