Students work together in pairs (assigned by the instructor) to give a single presentation.  Both students must participate in the actual speaking in class.  Each student must be involved in 1 presentation during the semester.  The presentation does not have to relate to your project.

Give a short presentation in class that critiques an existing user interface. Choose a user interface of your choice;  it can be a software user interface or a "real world" user interface.  Prepare and give a 5-10 minute presentation (apx 3-5 slides) that covers the following topics:

• detailed scenario(s) for which the UI is intended,
• claims analysis (identify specific UI design choices, and the associated +/- tradeoffs of those choices in terms of measurable effects on the scenario),
• include pictures of the UI to support your arguments,
• suggestions for redesign (and how they impact the claims analysis and scenario)

Bring presentation to class on a CD, USB key, or laptop. Internet access cannot be guaranteed.  You should set up your presentation before class starts so that you are ready to begin on time at the beginning of class.
