I don't know about you but I know that that are some words that I mispronounce - apart from the differences between British enunciation and American for such words as "privacy", "schedule", or "controversy". Commonly we mispronounce words by two basic errors: (1) not pronouncing the last consonant, or (2) contracting several words into one. One of my most frequent errors is no pronouncing the "g" on words that end in "ing" - thinkin' instaed of thinking. A friend of mine fails to pronounce the sound "oo" at the end of the simple word "to" so that he says "t". "Gunna" is a common abbreviation for "going to".
