Decision Making
The process of decision making in a large organization, or even in a large group, depends on two major factors - the leadership of the group or organization and the planning techniques available. Consensus building depends on the existance of a number of skills within the group, as suggested by Camille Miller.

An exercise in decision making is an essential part of the "Professionalism" course, and deals with the development of a set of measures to evaluate student presentations. This same process can be used in many decision making activities. It has the advantage that where a decision can be formulated as the choice of many options, a decision can be made in a comparatively short time.
