Protection From Hackers

It could be bad for some students to take this course because they may use the information presented in it to gain access to other people systems. However you need to know how to hack in order to protect the software that you may write from hacks. Professionalism in Computing should definately be a pre-requisite for taking this class.

There is a danger, but we have to have this knowledge in order to prevent break-ins; so require professionalism as a prequisite.

With professionalism as a prerequisite, Tech is taking responsibility.
You have to know how to hack to know how to stop a hack.
