  • Shareware is often free for a certain period.

Viruses -

• What do viruses do?
  • Viruses enter your computer like real viruses enter your body.
  • They travel through unclean disks and the internet.
  • The can be very simple or very complex.
• How do we get rid of them?
  • Tell your teacher!
  • Try to always be sure that your disks are clean before using them
• Why you should not create or spread viruses on purpose...
  • Viruses can be very harmful to others.
  • They can destroy yours or others computers!

 

Passwords -

• Never give your secret password to anyone.
• Never discuss your secret password.
• Never attempt to use someone else's password
