Database class and file input

: Hi, : The spec says that the database class cannot do direct file input, but does that mean it can't do input from an associated file manager object? From a design standpoint it seems logical that the database class should have load functions for the book and author databases to complement the save functions, so the database would need access to a file manager to do that. : Thanks, : Kevin
