I had the same thing happen to me -- i fixed by defining my template functions internally -- didn't think this was so bad since all the code can go into one file anyway

: Following the examples in class on how to write template classes and their member functions, I am using visual C++ btw, and my question has to do with the class view window in Visual. When you write a normal class in Visual, you can click on the class name in the class view window, and a directory like structure drops down giving you all the member functions and data defined for that class. When I use templates, this does not occur, instead I only get data members, and I dont get to see the functions as well. Does this have anything to do with the way Ive coded the member functions?? This isnt detremental to the program, but just sort of makes coding easier, instead of having to switch files all the time to see the parameter list for my functions. Thanks.
