The whole point of the course is to learn how to design programs. In designing, you (not a sample file or spec) have to decide what is relevent output. Also, you have to test your code yourself and think of as many situations in which your progam will mess up. You cannot and should not rely completly on the sample scripts to test your program. As long as the TA can see a relevent msg that corresponds with the right change which has to take place, then it will be ok. Our output files are expected to look like how we want them to look and contain all relevent data which is needed. Read the spec again. "The exact contents and formatting are up to you, but the logged messages must be precise and informative."
