Circuit Design - Problem 4

Design and implement a digital circuit that takes three inputs A, B, and C and outputs a value of 1 whenever the arithmetic expression A + B = C is true. The inputs must be named A, B, and C, and there must be only one output.

Hint: The work area is too small to solve this problem with a "bull-at-the-gate" solution to this problem; you have to find a way to reduce the number of gates needed.
