Hard to know how much detail to go into on 2' s complement.
In connection with the claim that it makes computer arithmetic easy to implement , we could draw this out a bit by talking
about the fact that you don't need a different unit to do subtraction (just negate and add), and do some examples
(like 33 plus -33) to show that the overflow can be ignored.
But then you are tempted to start talking about checking for overflow, etc., etc
