CS1044 Agreement Form Completed

and Roster Information

Read this paragraph before checking the lists!!

These are the people who I have recorded as NOT having turned in a signed agreement form for CS1044. Check both lists for your name! If your name is on either list, simply click here to obtain another agreement form, print it out, sign it, and bring it to class on Monday. Remember that any work that is graded before you turn in the agreement form will be recorded as a zero. (If you have already turned in the program, you just need to get this form to me by Friday, which is when the programs will be counted as graded.)

The second list for each class shows people who have turned in an agreement form but are not on either of my rosters. Please contact me if your name is on that list so we can get your enrollment figured out.
