The program assignment sheets says that customers get charged $4.95 unless they make no peak time OR off-peak time calls and if they do that the fee is reduced to $1.00.
Does this mean that if they have no peak times calls but they have off-peak time calls, they get charged $1.00?
Likewise, if they have no off-peak time calls but they do have peak time calls, they get charged $1.00?
Or does it mean to say if they make neither peak nor off-peak time calls, they get charged $1.00?
I hope my question is clear.
