I have a question over the state tax, which reads 0.20 dollars or 20 cents.
The state tax is 0.4%.
If you take 0.004, you multiply it by (subtotal + callingplan fee + callingcard fee).
0.004 * (47.30 + 4.95 + 1.00)
0.004 * (53.25) = 0.213.
When that truncates it should be 21 cents, no? Why is it saying 20?
Anyone else notice that?
