CS 4944 Spring 2019 Task 7
Exit Presentation

This semester's exit presentation requirment is split into three parts:
  1. Take the simple exit survey available here. (5 minutes)

  2. Prepare and record a simple video presentation, with accompanying presentation materials, e.g., 5-10 powerpoint slides.

The style of this presentation should be that of an informal business presentation, i.e., the kind you would give if you were updating your supervisor on the status of a project. You will be evaluated on the quality of your visual materials and oral presention.

Your recorded presentation should be about 5 minutes in length. Just your voice recorded over the powerpoint slides is fine.

Deliverables to be uploaded to the class Canvas site as Task 7 (due April 23):

Here are some (nonmandatory) suggestions for things to include in your presentation.

Feel free to organize your presentation in any way that makes sense. Your comments will only be shared anonymously.

  3. Participate in a 45 minute focus group with a subset of 4944 students. These meetings will be informal discussions moderated by Dr. Edwards or Dr. Ribbens. The general topic will be ways to make the department and our programs better.
