Fraud and Dishonesty in Business - Class Projects

Find a current court case (one can be found using the web or any periodical) dealing with a company charged with fraud.
Write a report with the following:

A short summary of the case.
Analyze the ethical and legal implications of the case.
If you were the judge in the case, what verdict would you give. State your reasons.
If you feel the company at fault, explain what punishment you would impose. (Remember being a judge and issuing a verdict and punishment will set a precedent on how cases of this nature will be tried in the future.)
Give possible suggestions on how this could have been prevented.
